“The most important thing when working with people from other cultures, in our opinion, is to use friendly language and to stay open, curious, and respectful. It really helps to communicate a lot, ask questions, and try to understand how the other person works and thinks. Our advice for other shops would be to see cultural differences as a strength rather than a challenge. Talking openly, asking questions, and being patient with each other helps build trust and makes the team stronger. We have actually learned a lot from each other! Different cultures often bring different perspectives and ideas, which help the team bond better. Ever since we started working together, we have been learning something new from each other every day.”
